Welcome to LeDoubleWear.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website at ledoublewear.com (the “Service”) and any purchases you make.

1. Definitions

Goods: Pre‑loved designer clothing and accessories offered for sale.
Order: Your request to purchase Goods via the Service.
Consumer: An individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business or profession.

2. Contract Formation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You will receive an Order Confirmation email; the contract is formed when we send you a Shipping Confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
Payment methods: Shopify Payments (card), PayPal, and other gateways available at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders if pricing is incorrect.

4. Returns & Faulty Goods

Final Sale: All items are sold as final sale, except where faulty or misdescribed. No returns or refunds will be accepted for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, second‑hand Goods must be:

Of satisfactory quality (taking into account age, description and price).
Fit for purpose (including any specific purpose you made known to us).
As described on the website.

Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If your item is faulty or materially not as described:

Notify us at ledoublewearshop@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, including order number, photos of the issue, and a description.
Resolution options:
- Full refund (including original standard delivery cost).

We aim to respond within 3 working days and process refunds or replacements within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Risk passes to you once Goods are delivered.
Dispatch within 1–2 working days.
Delivery options:
- Standard UK (2–5 days)

6. Intellectual Property

All site content (text, images, logos) is owned or licensed by us. No reproduction without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the Goods.
